Martin Menz is an experienced financial executive focused on realizing untapped value and delivering results to his stakeholders in middle-market and small privately-owned companies. In the past decade, Mr. Menz has been called upon to successfully lead turnaround efforts in distressed multinational companies, prepare privately-owned companies for PE-backed acquisitions, and negotiated purchase agreements exceeding $200 million. He has supported companies in a myriad of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, tech, real estate development, and agriculture.

Prior to launching Menz Consulting, Mr. Menz worked in various Fortune 500, publicly-traded, and privately-owned organizations including JPMorgan Chase, Cisco, JBT, PepsiCo, Pelco, and E&J Gallo Winery. He has extensive international experience in Australia, Belgium, and Italy, where he provided services in accounting, consolidations, and corporate strategy. Additionally, he has worked with Alpine Investors and New Mountain Capital on transactions in the healthcare space.

Mr. Menz earned his MBA from the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific, B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York, and has completed executive education at the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California, New York, and North Carolina.
